AuraFit support
Draft updated July 29, 2026
AuraFit is a local-first iPhone app for subjective outfit and photo guidance. It does not use an account or upload your selected photos for analysis. Every feature is free: there is nothing to buy inside the app.
Support requests are answered by the developer from the mailbox below; there is no ticketing system or account to sign in to.
Getting a result
- Open the Scan tab.
- Choose Open Camera to take a photo, or Import from Library to choose one with the system photo picker.
- For the most useful guidance, use a clear, full-body photo with one visible person, even front-facing light, and a simple background.
AuraFit's score and tips are subjective styling and photography guidance about the outfit and photo. They are not a measurement of a person, health, attractiveness, identity, or worth.
Camera and Photos permissions
- AuraFit requests Camera access only after you choose Open Camera. If it is off, the Camera Access Needed message offers Open Settings to change the iPhone setting or Use Library to continue without Camera access.
- Import from Library uses Apple's system photo picker. AuraFit receives only the image you select; it does not ask for broad Photo Library read access.
- AuraFit requests Photo Library (add) access only when you tap Save or enable Auto-save exports to Photos in Settings. You can decline it and still use AuraFit.
Saved fits and exports
Completed scans are saved locally in History on the iPhone. You can favorite or delete an individual fit from its History context menu. To remove every saved fit and its images, open Settings > Data > Delete All Fits, then choose Delete Everything. This cannot be undone. Deleting the app also removes its local app data.
Share Scorecard opens the iPhone share sheet. Save writes an export to Photos only after you choose that action and grant permission. Any shared item is handled by the destination you select.
Scorecard styles and reveal clips
All three scorecard styles (Classic, Streetwear, Soft Luxury) and the reveal clip are available to everyone. Pick a style on the result screen; Reveal Clip renders a short video of the score animating in and opens the share sheet.
Privacy and terms
The privacy policy is published at priyanshchordia.com/apps/aurafit/privacy/ and is also readable inside the app under Settings > Privacy Policy. Terms of Use in Settings opens Apple's standard licence agreement.
What to include in a support request
Do not send source photos, Apple IDs, payment details, or other sensitive data. For a technical issue, include the app version/build, iPhone model, iOS version, the exact steps, expected and actual result, and whether it repeats. Screenshots or recordings are optional and should not include private photos unless you deliberately choose to share them by email.
