Pocket Party Court privacy policy

The short version
Pocket Party Court is an offline, pass-the-device party game. It has no account, developer backend, advertising, tracking, third-party SDK, purchase flow, or required internet connection for gameplay.
Information stored on your device
The app stores its bundled decks and completed verdict history locally with Apple's SwiftData framework. A completed record can include the selected deck and case prompt, player names, emoji and courtroom roles, the verdict and aggregate vote totals, and a verdict summary.
Individual ballots and anything said during arguments are not saved in completed history. The developer does not receive this information.
Sharing
When you choose Share the Verdict Card, the app generates an image and text locally and opens Apple's system share sheet. The shared artifact includes the case prompt, verdict, aggregate tally, and a name-free summary. It excludes player names, the roster, private arguments, and who cast each vote. You choose the destination; the recipient or selected service controls the copy after sharing.
Diagnostics and analytics
The App Store Release build contains no analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDK. Internal DEBUG builds can keep an in-memory gameplay-event list and print events to the developer console; that behavior is not uploaded and does not operate in Release builds.
Permissions and purchases
Pocket Party Court does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo-library, or notification access. Version 1 has no ads, subscription, or in-app purchase.
Deletion
You can delete individual completed verdicts or clear all verdict history in the app. Deleting the app removes its active local app data from the device. Copies you chose to share and Apple-managed device backups are outside the app's control.
Changes
This policy and the App Store disclosures will be updated before any release adds networking, accounts, analytics, advertising, purchases, cloud storage, or other changed data handling.
