Svara privacy policy

The short version
Svara does not require an account and does not send your practice data or reflections to a developer-operated server. It contains no advertising, developer analytics, or cross-app tracking.
Information stored on your device
Svara stores a display name for your local profile; practice sessions, lessons, streaks, points, festival progress, saved festivals, and achievements; reminder choices and times; and private reflections you choose to write.
Reflections are stored as a local app file. The production app has no configured Firebase, CloudKit, or developer backend that receives this information.
Notifications
If you enable practice reminders, Svara requests notification permission and schedules morning and evening notifications locally through iOS. Reminder settings are not sent to a server. You can disable them in Svara or in iOS Settings.
Purchases
Svara Plus monthly and yearly subscriptions and the lifetime purchase use Apple's StoreKit and App Store services. Apple processes the transaction; Svara reads verified entitlement state to determine which features are available. Apple's policies govern purchase processing and retention.
Sharing and external links
When you choose to share festival content, Svara opens Apple's system share sheet and you select the destination. The app also provides links to its privacy policy, terms, website, and support contact. Those destinations open through system apps and are governed by their respective providers.
Permissions
Svara does not request location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or health-data access. Audio included with the app is played locally.
Deletion
Svara currently has no in-app full-data reset. Deleting the app removes its active local app data from the device. Apple purchase records and Apple-managed device backups are governed by Apple.
Changes
This policy and the App Store disclosures will be updated before Svara adds an account, developer backend, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, or other changed data handling.
